REMINDERS:

2. We require reservation fee to avail the date you wanted. It will be deducted to the total bill.
3. The guests will assume responsibility for thetransient housewhile staying here. A complete inventory of the items used is taken after each stay. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guests.
4. No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only outside thetransient house.
5. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will automatically be forfeited. This is due to the loss of chance to accept other guests.
6. Rental policy and rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
