Extra heads are charged 500 pesos per night. Guests have an exclusive use of their own sala, kitchen and CR. The apartment units comprises of 1,2,3 bedrooms and each unit has overlooking terrace. We also cater for large groups on excursions or field trips. we charge P300 - P450 per head.We can accomodate 175 persons. Our building is a three storey building with roofdeck.

EXCESS HOUR IS ONLY ALLOWED IF THE TRANSIENT UNIT WILL NOT BE USED BY INCOMING GUESTS. EXCESS HOUR RATE IS 300 PER HOUR MAXIMUM OF 3 HOURS ONLY.
ADMINISTRATOR SLEEPS EARLY, INQUIRIES BETWEEN 9pm TO 5am THAT ARE UNATTENDED WILL BE ENTERTAINED THE NEXT MORNING.
