This is an ideal situation for a hands on accounting and executive assistant to work virtually from the Philippines. Accounting and executive assistant experience that includes QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Project, US Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Audits, Financial Statements and Excel would be a plus. Database experience that includes Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL, Report Writing is a plus. It is important that you are good with numbers and can speak both Filipino and English fluently. We prefer someone accustomed to taking good notes in English as well as following through with both USA and Philippine staff on tasks to do. This is a position for a take charge, roll up your sleeves type of professional.
Our dynamic company offers daily interaction with experienced IT, accounting and support professionals within the Philippines and in the USA, as well as sales staff. This is a great opportunity for planning, organizing, follow-up, and taking ownership of various projects.
Requirements:
? There is 1 shift available:

? Must have a good broadband internet connection as well as a backup (USB stick or 3G)
? Opportunity to work virtually from the Philippines
? Must speak English
? Experience and skills using Microsoft Excel is required
? Any experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
? Experience with QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics
? Experience with US Payroll and US Payroll Taxes
? Experience with Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Audits and Financial Statements preferred
? Previous experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL is a plus
? Strong computer skills
? Good with numbers, detail-oriented, and enjoys quality control
? Good verbal and written communications as well as documentation skills are essential
