Linkage Web Development was founded in the Philippines in 2013. We are a sister company to Custom A Design LLC which is a US (United States) based web development company founded in 2010. We provide nothing more than the most beautiful and professional web development work for small to midsize businesses. We also provide companies with top-notch search engine optimization services, mass email marketing, paper click management among other services.
Linkage Web Development is located in Baguio City, Benguet and Angeles City, Pampanga. We have over 55 employees comprised of telesales personnel, technical service representatives, graphic interface designers, programmers and marketing personnel.
What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for Billing | Collection agents to join our growing project management team. Our customers are billed monthly and we require Billing | Collection agents to work with us in ensuring that our customer accounts are up-to-date. Part of the job description also includes handling customer concerns, negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent accounts and providing outstanding customer support to both internal and external clients.
Our Requirements (Billing | Collection Agents):
Strong Business writing and verbal communication skill required
MS Office skills - Including advanced excel skills
Effective negotiation skills
Possess analytics and problem solving skills
Customer focused
Ability to manage approximately 200 customers per month
Requires minimum supervision
Bachelor’s degree holder, has minimum of 2 years Credit & Collection experience
Understanding of Accounting Principles
SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/QuickBooks experience a plus
BPO or Shared Services Centre experience preferred
Willing to work night shift
Willing to work full time
Must be trustworthy
Prefer to work in Baguio City Area
