-This unit is newly built and isideal for Young Professionals/ Couple who like to stay in Baguio Private Homes, Non-crowded area, and Need a quiet place to REST and enjoy Baguio.
-This unit is with private entry using stairs at the back side of the house.
-Safe, Clean, Well kept, Wood panel based rooms, Tiled veranda and view deck floors, with water tank,Nice scenic view/ Pine trees of Baguio.
-Liquor or alcoholic drinks, Party and other Celebrations are not allowed inside the unit. (We are located in a quiet subdivision area).
-RIDE and DISTANCE from Homestay to Baguio town center: Five (5) minutes walk (uphill cemented subdivision road) to Bakakeng Jeepney line and then another 5 minutes Jeepney or Taxi ride toBaguio Convention Center, SM Baguio, Victory Liner Terminal, Session Road; and about 5mins Taxi/ Car drive to Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral or Central Business District. TAXI RIDE cost about PhP55- to Burnham park, SM Baguio, Cathedral. JEEPNEY RIDE cost PhP8.50.
-With free outdoor parking along subdivision road.
-GROUP Transport Service to Town center or Victory Liner costs P120 (Minimum), up to 5 passengers.
